Head of Recruitment at CFO Insights

We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to join our team at CFO Insights. As a key player in building the greatest brand within Insurtech, you will take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, build a strong employer brand, and improve our onboarding process. You will work closely with the CEO on our recruiting strategy and have unlimited growth potential in our company.

Requirements

• Work experience with outstanding performance
• Have an UK work permit
• Be curious about and have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Want to spend your day speaking with people ranging from students to executives
• Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you
