Settlements Manager

We are looking for a Settlements Manager to lead our settlements function and deliver accurate and timely settlement for our portfolio. The role offers high ownership and visibility and requires proven experience leading a gas or electricity settlements team within the UK energy market.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a gas or electricity settlements, metering, or billing team within the UK energy market
• Strong understanding of settlement processes and the operational drivers of settlement quality
• Ability to translate settlement activity into financial impact and risk for stakeholders
• Track record of continuous improvement, including process redesign, control strengthening, and use of data to drive change
• Confident people leader
• Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external agents
• Analytical approach with strong Excel skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets and operational MI
• Experience improving or working with settlements, billing, or data platforms is desirable
