The Manager, Marketing Performance & Operations is responsible for day-to-day running of workflows and processes for the BC&E team, driving execution of the marketing operating model uplift and embedding scalable ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations or team change within complex, fastāpaced environments, with a focus on improving effectiveness.
- Strong execution capability, translating strategic priorities into practical, adoptable ways of working.
- Adobe Workfront expertise (or equivalent) highly desirable.
