Operations Manager

Crooked Foot Hunt Club is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day club operations, manage the bird program, and help grow the business. This is an opportunity for an early-career ag professional or semi-retired outdoorsman to take ownership of a growing operation and be rewarded when it thrives.

Requirements

• Experience in agriculture, farm management, or a closely related field
• Knowledge of pheasant or upland bird management — or a strong drive to learn fast
• Self-directed work ethic
• Basic sales ability and confidence talking with prospective members and clients

Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 annually
