Store Managers

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our stores or departments in Abuja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profit while minimizing costs, ensuring promotions are accurate and merchandised to company standards, and meeting excellent customer care standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Analytical skills to analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
• Ability to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service, and finance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to resolve health and safety, legal, and security issues
