Job Description
Rentals To Go is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to serve as a key player in customer service and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound communication, provide exceptional service, and support the in-bound sales process. They will also be responsible for daily dispatch activities, creating, monitoring, and adjusting routes to ensure efficient use of drivers, trucks, and equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–2 years of customer care or related experience preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven environment
