Job Description
Seeking a General Trades Technician to perform maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment, including electrical, air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing and other building maintenance areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in building repairs and maintenance
- General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance)
- Valid driver's license required
