Job Description
CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance work and minimal installations with our client. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining the safe operation of systems and ensuring compliance with local building and safety codes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience
- Good working knowledge of HVAC-related equipment and one or more of the following trades/skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings
- Microsoft Office skills
- Certifications may be required
- DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification Required
- HVAC Certification Preferred
