Job Description
The Regional Maintenance Engineer is responsible for fulfilling the technical aspects of the maintenance contract, ensuring that facilities are well maintained and operable, and for managing the maintenance staff under her/his supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Preferred
- 4-6 years of related commercial experience to include coordinating, supervising and planning mechanical/electrical maintenance functions
- Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings
- State Licensed Electrician Have and maintain in the State of Georgia Preferred
- Licensed Plumber - Journeyman Have and maintain in the State of Georgia Preferred
- HVAC Certification Have and maintain in the State of Georgia Preferred
- DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
