Job Description
CGL Facility Management, LLC seeks a Senior HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance work, installations, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of building maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance, and be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years Building maintenance experience
- Refrigeration experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience managing others (Preferred)
- HVAC License
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
- Valid Driver's License
