Job Description
The Service Technician is skilled in assembly/disassembly and repair of heavy-duty equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and servicing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components of heavy-duty equipment. Candidate must supply own tools.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Heavy duty construction or Heavy Equipment Machinery
- Prior experience in a Heavy Equipment dealership setting
- Associates degree in Diesel/Hydraulics (Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education)
- Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in mechanical systems (transmissions, hydraulics, engines, etc.)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced shop environment
