Job Description
The Junior Litigation Paralegal will work with lead trial lawyers and litigation paralegals, assisting with case evaluation, management, legal drafting, trial preparation, and administrative tasks. The role is fast-paced and requires travel and overtime.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate with a proven record of drive and success
- Paralegal certificate a plus but not required
- Demonstrated past work experience in an office setting a plus
- Confident, communicative style with a high growth mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify process improvements
