Job Description
Mass Tort Associate Attorney role at Chaffin Luhana LLP involves navigating mass tort litigation, assisting in discovery efforts, drafting pleadings and motions, and collaborating with partners and senior attorneys. The firm seeks a motivated and results-driven attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience. Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
- Active membership in a State Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
