Requirements

• Senior Infrastructure Experience: You’ve built and operated large-scale production environments, preferably in FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• The "Strategic Blend": Deep expertise across DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE.
• Modern Stack Mastery: Proven experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi/Terraform).
• Coding Proficiency: You are an engineer first. You are comfortable writing and reviewing code in Python, Go, or Rust to build internal tools and automations.
• Coaching, not Support Desk: You prefer to foster a culture of shared ownership.
• High Ownership: You take pride in the "invisible" work that makes the platform stable, fast, and secure.
