Ecosystem Growth Manager (AI & DePIN) - Europe

We are seeking a relentless Ecosystem Growth Manager to solve one of the hardest challenges in Web3: the Cold Start problem of a new Layer-1. You will be the architect of both supply and demand within the AIVM ecosystem, responsible for onboarding GPU compute providers, attracting AI builders, and securing enterprise data partners who will power real-world adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 BD or Ecosystem Growth, ideally at a Layer-1, Layer-2, or DePIN project
• Technical fluency in AI and blockchain fundamentals
• Strong network of builders and operators, including node operators, GPU providers, validators, AI developers, and protocol teams
• Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end
• Highly autonomous and able to build, manage, and scale your own pipeline in a fast-paced environment
