Job Description
Chainguard is hiring a Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team. The role will serve as a key partner to the Global Total Rewards Manager and the broader People team, helping to define and operationalize their compensation philosophy, reviewing and updating their comp bands as needed, and build a world-class global compensation function.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related HR function
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with compensation survey data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with global compensation and working in or alongside an EOR
- Familiarity with Pave and/or Workday
