Director - Leasing

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Director - Leasing to manage property acquisition, development, negotiation, and commercial terms agreement activities, ensuring projects align with the Group's strategic goals. The Director will lead a team, drive project execution, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in retail property development and leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience gained in the Middle East region.
• Stakeholder management skills and ability to build core industry networks.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of the commercial aspects within Real Estate leasing.
• Highly numerical and analytical.
