As Sales Supervisor, you will lead the team in delivering a premium, consultative customer journey that reflects Dyson’s innovation-led luxury positioning.
Requirements
- Accountability of sell out target regional level
- Build and maintain Retailer store manager relationships
- Direct responsibility of top 5 stores in the assigned region
- Cascade and distribute monthly sales target by POS per day and report to management.
- Support in-store marketing activations are properly conducted and submit the execution reports
- Monitor market conditions and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Ensure merchandising guidelines have been met for stores and coordinate with Dyson retail team any fixture installation or new product rollout.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for products and skills trainings
- Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned region
- Engage Experts team with Chalhoub initiatives and development programs.
