Job Description
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager to drive the store business, achieve sales targets, and build a loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing a sales team, demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, and strong clienteling expertise. The role will involve leading by example, representing the brand, and providing expert styling advice and personalized wardrobe curation.
Requirements
- Team Leadership: Experience in managing and developing a sales team
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Clienteling Expertise: Proven ability to manage and expand a client book using CRM tools
- Fluency in English
- In-depth understanding of luxury fashion trends, materials, and craftsmanship
- Ability to provide expert styling advice and personalized wardrobe curation
