Pre-Roll Production Manager

The Pre-Roll Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing all pre-roll production operations within a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility, ensuring daily and weekly production goals are met through effective scheduling, efficient workflow management, and strict compliance with OLCC regulations and internal SOPs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis production, packaging, or manufacturing environments
• 1+ year of leadership, supervisor, or manager-level experience in production operations
• Strong understanding of production workflow, quality control practices, and compliance standards
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage output, accuracy, and team performance simultaneously
