Job Description
Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a skilled setter to adjust Progressive, Secondary and Transfer presses. The ideal candidate will ensure quality parts are produced in line with company standards and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment. Requirements
- Set up and change Progressive, Secondary, and Transfer presses
- Understand Quality Policy and perform required tasks
- Maintain a high standard of performance and take responsibility for actions
- Work with sense of urgency and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to operate Hilo/ Die Truck
