Secondary Press Operator W shift

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Secondary Press Operator to join their team in Holland, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring up to 800 Ton Secondary stamping presses, ensuring quality stampings are produced per Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards. The role requires high school graduation or equivalent, previous stamping press operation experience is preferred, and the ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous stamping press operation experience preferred
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day including Saturday and Sunday
