Job Description
Challenge Preparatory Charter School seeks a Full-Time School Aide to assist staff, teachers, and students in providing an educational-focused working environment. The School Aide will perform various duties, including supervising students, helping with record-keeping, and assisting teachers with instructional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to education, experience in a school setting, and bilingual fluency in Spanish.
Requirements
- Trained in CPR to effectively manage an emergency situation
- Strong commitment to and inclusion model of education; experience with an understanding of the urban learning environment
- At least 2 years of demonstrated success in a school setting
- Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish
- Completion of Food Protection: Four-hour Certification Course for Soup Kitchen and Camp Workers
