High School ELA Teacher (25-26 SY)

Challenge Preparatory Charter School is seeking a High School ELA Teacher to deliver exceptional instruction and assess student growth. The ideal candidate is dedicated to constant learning and provides academic and cultural support to their school and team.

Requirements

• New York State Teaching Certification required
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree in Education, preferred
• Experience working in communities that have historically been underserved and under-resourced
• Ability to create academically rigorous and culturally relevant lesson plans
• Strong classroom management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
