Job Description
We are seeking a Developmental Trainer to help individuals with disabilities work, live, and participate in the community at Challenge Unlimited, Inc. in Alton, IL. The position involves training and assisting clients, preparing work areas, and completing daily documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience with people with developmental disabilities or mental illness
- Basic computer operating/data entry skills
- CPR, 1st Aid, CPI, and DSP training
- DCFS Abuse and Neglect Tracking System check
- Valid driver's license
- 21 or older
