Job Description
Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, intelligent individuals to join the elementary school teams at our California campuses. As a teacher at Challenger, you will teach individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence alongside grammar and math.
Requirements
- Thoroughly learn Challenger’s curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
- Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans and teach daily classes
- Grade daily student homework assignments
- Consistently attend required training and teaching days
- Communicate regularly with parents and administrators on student progress
