Job Description
Challenger School is seeking a VoiP Engineer to support voice systems, network infrastructure, and physical connectivity across campuses and corporate offices. The role combines telecommunications support, basic networking, infrastructure installation, and help desk responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience with telecommunications systems (IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing)
- Experience troubleshooting voice and carrier services
- Ability to perform physical installation work (cabling, racks, equipment)
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Help desk or end-user support experience
