Nurse Manager: Case Management

Chamber is seeking a Nurse Manager to launch, build and lead its RN Case Management function. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of case management or care coordination nursing experience and a strong track record of transitioning from individual contributor to people manager.

Requirements

• RN license required; BSN preferred
• Compact Nursing License or licensure to practice in DC & Maryland required
• ACM, CCM, or CMAC certification preferred
• 5–8+ years of case management or care coordination nursing experience
• Experience building or scaling teams in a startup or fast-growth environment
• Track record of transitioning from individual contributor to people manager
• Experience in value-based care, population health, or managed care preferred
• Strong operational skills with a focus on action, accountability, and continuous improvement
