Job Description
The Staff / Principal Full Stack Engineer will play a central role in designing and building Chamber's core application platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys solving complex product and data challenges, and is excited to build systems that make a difference in healthcare.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering with significant full-stack development experience
- Proven experience designing and building production web applications
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience building backend services using Node.js or similar platforms
- Experience designing APIs and implementing application business logic
- Experience working with cloud-based systems (AWS preferred)
- Experience building applications that interact with external APIs or data platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to align with Eastern Time working hours
