Inside Sales Project Coordinator

Inside Sales Project Coordinator role within Systems' Customer Experience and Technical Support group, responsible for obtaining missing information, building relationships with representatives and customers, and managing sales orders.

Requirements

• Obtain missing information or details as required to ensure a thorough understanding of each purchase order and project.
• Build and maintain relationships with representatives, specifiers and customers; establish and maintain customer goodwill.
• Enter sales orders in ERP system; schedule, print & verify dealer commissions as needed.
• Coordinate with other ISPCs as required to enable smooth workflow.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues (i.e. complaints, field problems, warranty claims, etc.).
• Maintain sales folders, invoice copies, hold for release orders or any other paperwork as needed.
