Program Manager lead role at Chamberlain Group, responsible for leading one or more large programs, leading globally distributed teams, and providing executive level communication and/or presentations. Required to maintain professional and technical knowledge, comply with health and safety guidelines, and protect the company's reputation.
Requirements
- Lead one or more large or platform programs independently
- Act as Team Lead to assigned programs, building a team of cross-functional members
- Provide leadership on measures, impact assessment, removal of roadblocks, conflicts, and change of scope decisions
- Prepare and deliver executive level communication and/or presentations regarding product reviews / forums, New Product Development (NPD), etc. to varying audiences
- Provide New Product Development training to all core team personnel worldwide
- Identify, plan and lead process improvement initiatives to support the growth and development or best practices and process
- Ensure New Product Development and business processes compliance for programs
- Communicate program status, issues and metrics to the Business Unit
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
