SR. SDET, Software Development Engineer in Test

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Sr. SDET to drive quality engineering strategy across complex, distributed systems. The ideal candidate will design and maintain robust automation frameworks, mentor team members, and elevate engineering quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software testing/QA with strong automation background
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript or Java
• Expertise on modern test frameworks (Playwright, WebDriverIO, Cypress)
• Proven experience architecting test frameworks for distributed/cloud-native systems
• Hands-on leadership of QE teams in fast-paced Agile environments
• Strong experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), container orchestration, and observability tools
