Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous leadership experience in youth programs, camps, or related settings
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, participants, parents, and the public
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and respond appropriately to unexpected situations
- Commitment to participant safety and well-being, with a strong understanding of child development and best practices
