Job Description
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and exceptional delivery of service to members, as well as managing the activities of the loan and member service staff. You will also be responsible for evaluating the job performance of direct reports and providing coaching and motivation.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Two or four-year business degree preferred
- Previous direct management experience required
- Branch management experience preferred
- Minimum of three years of lending experience preferred
- Previous business development experience preferred
