Job Description
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing operational strategic goals and ensuring the successful execution and attainment of the operational strategic goals of each division within your region. The role requires up to 80% travel and involves managing a local division team, monitoring performance reports, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction/remodeling industry
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to hire, develop and motivate talent
