Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to join their Special Education team. The Behavior Specialist will implement targeted interventions to enhance positive student outcomes and provide guidance to classroom staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in behavioral instruction or support is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent w/ passage of basic skills test
- Associate's degree or higher in a closely related field of study highly preferred
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a registered behavior technician (RBT) credential preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training
