Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Education Program Director to join their award-winning Special Education team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in education, special education, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in special education services and compliance. The role involves providing visionary leadership, overseeing daily school operations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in education, special education, or a related field
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a state teaching license
- Minimum 5 years prior experience in special education services and compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company-approved crisis management training
