Job Description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking an Education Program Director to lead their Special Education team and drive student achievement. The role involves providing visionary leadership, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in education or a related field and 2+ years of experience working with pupils with disabilities.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in education, special education, psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, social work, rehabilitation, or a closely related field of study
- 2+ years of experience working with pupils with disabilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company-approved crisis management training
