Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide 1:1 to join their Special Education team. The successful candidate will provide direct, individualized support to students in Grades K-12, implementing their individualized education plan (IEP) and tailoring instruction to their unique learning needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent w/ passage of basic skills test.
- Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study (preferred)
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a paraprofessional, paraeducator, education assistant or similar credential (preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training
