Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide 1:1 to provide direct, individualized support to students in Grades K-12 in a Special Education program. As an Instructional Aide, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of assigned students, implementing individualized education plans, and providing engaging instruction and behavioral interventions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in education or a related field
- Paraprofessional or similar credential
- Certification in crisis management training
- Prior experience in special education and behavioral health
- Ability to work with children with learning disabilities, autism, and emotional behavioral disorders
