Job Description
Join our Special Education team as an Instructional Aide and make a meaningful impact on students' lives. Provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in Grades K-12. Collaborate with classroom educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and tailor instruction to each student's unique needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in education or a related field preferred
- State driver's license
- Crisis management training certification
- Paraprofessional or similar credential preferred
- Prior experience in special education and/or behavioral health programs
