Instructional Assistant → 26/27 SY

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Assistant to join their award-winning Special Education team for the 2026-2027 School Year. The Instructional Assistant will play a vital role in shaping the success of students in Grades K-8 by providing personalized support, supervision, and guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent w/ passage of basic skills test.
• Associates degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study, or completed a minimum of 60-hour college credit, or successful completion of the Praxis Paraprofessional test.
• Prior experience providing instruction, guidance and/or support to children; preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
