Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their award-winning Special Education team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech therapy services to students across multiple Spectrum School locations in Southern California.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field of study
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a speech language pathology (SLP) credential
- Valid CA state driver's license
- Certification in company approved crisis management (PCM) training
- Prior experience in providing speech language therapy support, preferably in an educational and/or behavioral health program setting
- Prior experience in special education services and compliance
- Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of relevant technology, including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment
