Job Description
We are Chandos, a 100% employee-owned company that prioritizes people, purpose, and performance. We seek a Construction Project Management candidate with 8+ years of experience in commercial, institutional, school, or large TI projects, who can lead and mentor teams, manage full-lifecycle delivery, and drive repeat business and strong referrals.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a construction Senior Project Manager or Project Director
- Full accountability for projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Proven ability to lead and mentor Junior PMs and Project Coordinator teams
- Strong expertise in construction management, delivery models, and contract structures
- Advanced skills in budgeting (Class D to Tender), cost control, and tendering
- High proficiency in forecasting, financial reporting, and project performance analysis
- Valid driver's license and ability to balance office and site work
