Labourer (Concrete Experience)

We are Chandos, a 100% employee-owned company committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. We are looking for a Labourer with 1-2 years of experience in concrete construction to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial construction projects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in concrete construction, formwork, or general labour
• Ability to assist with setting up and stripping formwork, placing and finishing concrete, and cleaning tools and equipment
• Capable of measuring, cutting, and handling materials such as lumber, plywood, rebar, and form hardware
• Work collaboratively with formwork carpenters, equipment operators, and supervisors
