Job Description
Chandos is seeking a Safety Solutions Specialist to assist in achieving safety excellence and ensuring OH&S and Chandos compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of varied construction safety experience, a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, and National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- (CRSP) - Registered safety professional an asset
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification is required.
- 5+ years of varied construction safety experience. Commercial, Industrial
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration with superintendents/PMs/foremen
- Field-level coaching and mentorship skills
- Experience with TRA/FLHA/JHA development
- Experience with prime contractor obligations
- Knowledge of subtrade coordination and onboarding
