Senior Superintendent

We are looking for a Senior Superintendent to join our team and help us build places for people to live, work, learn, serve, and play. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for orchestrating all field and site-specific construction activities with precision, accountability, and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience as a construction Superintendent for a large general contractor on commercial ICI projects
• 5+ years of experience as the head/lead/senior Superintendent on the project
• Experience overseeing other Superintendents
• Majority of projects in the $50-100 Million dollar range
• Creating/managing schedules, operating all scheduling system & planning and managing complex logistics for the full duration of projects
