ALTERNANCE - Assistant(e) Service Entretien et Réparation (H/F) - Boutiques Mode Paris - Septembre 2026

You will be integrated into one of our fashion boutiques, where your main missions will be: Assist the Customer Service Manager (SAV) on a daily basis, welcome local and international clients, offer them excellent service, advise clients on the maintenance suitable for each type of item, participate in the operational management of the SAV, and help with minor repairs in the boutique.

Requirements

• Student in a higher education program in commerce and management
• Initial experience in the Retail sector (sales, stock management, etc.) or management
• Mastering of English and computer tools
