The Business System Analyst acts as a vital link between Finance Business Services, Technology & Digital Services, and external vendors. This role partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design efficient and effective business solutions. The analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 for Finance.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Agile or PMP certified is desirable
- Microsoft Certificates on Dynamics 365 related topics
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for IT systems
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012
- Experience in systems implementation/enhancement/configurations
- Experience in financial month end closing
- Experience in bank payment integration
- Experience working at a regional level (with multiple APAC countries)
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury retail desired
- Firm understanding of solution integration and development methodologies
- Knowledge in various system integration is an advantage
- Knowledge in X++ and SQL is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
