We are seeking a Quality and Continuous Improvement Responsible for Fantasy Jewels and Belts to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and conformity of our products, as well as implementing continuous improvement initiatives across our supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field
• 5-10 years of significant and successful experience in quality management, industrialization, methods, or project management around metal or leather components
• Knowledge of fantasy jewel or metal component manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of quality tools and methods (8D, experience plans, 6 sigma, statistical tools, etc.)
• Desire to work in an environment combining craftsmanship and industrial expertise
• Strong analytical and synthetic skills, reactivity, ability to anticipate, and rigor
• Recognized for your proposition and communication skills
• Ability to federate project groups
• First experience in management
• Master of computer tools (Excel, PLM)
• Fluent in French, Italian, and English
